Mississippi State lost its second starter in as many days on Friday, as center Madina Okot entered the transfer portal. The news was first announced by On3sports.

Okot, a 6-foot-6 center, played at Zetech University in her home country of Kenya before beginning her NCAA career in Starkville this season. The junior averaged 11.3 points, led the team with 9.6 rebounds per game and blocked 38 shots.
Okot started all 34 games for the Bulldogs, putting up a double-double in 12 of them. She had 21 points and 23 rebounds in an 85-77 win over Vanderbilt in double overtime on Feb. 13.
The center becomes the fourth Bulldog to enter the portal this cycle, joining Shakirah Edwards, Anaisha Carriere and Debreasha Powe. Okot and Powe were both starters.
