OKTIBBEHA COUNTY – A Pheba man wanted for burglarizing and shooting into a home on 16th Section Road is behind bars.
Jermaine McKinney, 43, turned himself in to Clay County Sheriff’s Office Sunday and was later taken to Oktibbeha County Jail, according to Brett Watson, chief investigator for Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office.
McKinney is charged with burglary, shooting into a dwelling and possession of a weapon by a felon. The crimes allegedly occurred June 14.
Watson would not release further details of the case when contacted Monday.
