During the annual Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Conference held recently in Point Clear, Alabama, Will Sanders of Columbus was elected to serve as the next Chairman of the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Council by the Council’s Board of Directors.
The position is a two-year term of office that will begin January 1, 2025. Mr. Sanders currently serves as the President of the Mississippi Ports Council and as the Director of the Lowndes County Port Authority.
