Ashley Klipstein will be the new pharmacist leading the Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle Outpatient Retail Pharmacy.
Klipstein is a 2014 graduate of Union University’s College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Baptist North Mississippi in Oxford in 2015.
Klipstein said she is looking forward to working with her new team at the outpatient pharmacy.
“I have a great team,” she said in a press release. “Pharmacy techs can make or break a pharmacist, and I hit the jackpot on techs. This is a very loving environment. I look forward to taking care of such wonderful employees and their families and the public who use our pharmacy.”
Klipstein, her husband Derek and their two children live in Starkville, where her husband is the assistant athletic director for game day operations at MSU.
The pharmacy is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at the entrance to the hospital’s outpatient pavilion.
