Ryan Munson, owner of Munson and Brothers Trading Post, and Prost Master Brad Kidder raise a toast to the city of Columbus and all of the celebrators in attendance at Oktoberfest Saturday evening between musical performances on the eatery’s stage. Munson said that he felt the community gathering was something to be recognized because Columbus residents can often be too hard on the city, and its community should also recognize the good it’s doing. “The negativity is really loud, and I think that social media and those sorts of things are really good at amplifying negatives,” Munson said. “So when you’re in person and you’re together and you guys are having a good time, that’s the best time to start amplifying the positive.
