Kylan Bobo is ready for Prime Time.
Tupelo running back Kylan Bobo announced on Wednesday that he was committing to play at Colorado. Bobo, a rising senior, is the No. 25 recruit in the state of Mississippi in 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Bobo played behind Tupelo star J.J. Hill the last two years. He rushed for 352 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore before breaking out as a junior last season. Bobo ran for over 1,700 yards and a team-high 28 touchdowns while splitting carries with Hill. After Hill’s graduation, Bobo is set to take on a bigger role for the Golden Wave this upcoming season.
Colorado, coached by Deion Sanders, went 3-9 last season, including a 1-8 mark in the Big 12.
Hill committed to Mississippi State and is now on the Bulldogs’ roster.
