MERIDIAN — Starkville Academy was one of several teams to participate in an invitational at Meridian/Lamar Country Club on Monday, placing second with a score of 321.
Ty Marconi was the top male golfer on the day for the Vols, finishing with a score of 78, and Avery Williamson carried the female golfers on Monday with a score of 92.
That was SA’s last regular season event before the North State Tournament on April 17.
