A reason that has often been proposed for MUW having trouble recruiting MSMS students upon graduation is that the campus is already too familiar in their young minds. Following that reasoning, if MSMS is moved to the MSU campus, the kids will be a lot less willing to attend MSU when they graduate. Maybe leaving MSMS alone serves MSU better.
