Veterans Day Parade and Tribute

KMG Creations is hosting a veterans parade in downtown Starkville. There will be a special tribute at the Oktibbeha County Chancery Courthouse at noon including a performance by singer/musician Terrell Brinson and keynote speakers District 15 Senator Bart Williams and Sergeant Terra Robinson.

The Bernard Romans chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is hosting a ceremony rededicating the Columbus Municipal Complex’s Columbus War Museum starting at 1:30 p.m. The museum will be open to the public from 1-4 p.m. on Veterans Day and during regular city hours in the future.

The Columbus Arts Council is hosting a group of artists from around the South for a concert at the Omnova Theater upstairs at 501 Main St. from 6-9 p.m. Featured artists include Danny Hammons, Camm Lewis, Shelby Sullivan, Barney Wells and Drew Young. Cover is $10.
