Two teenagers were walking on Seventh Avenue North on Thursday when they were shot by four males wearing ski masks in a passing vehicle, according to a Columbus Police Department press release.
At about 1:15 p.m., police responded to Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle for two gunshot victims that were dropped off by a personal vehicle, the release said.
A 19-year-old victim suffered a single gunshot wound to his upper left leg, while a 17-year-old victim suffered a single gunshot wound in his left hand.
Moore told The Dispatch that a victim officers spoke to was unable to identify the shooters to police. The incident is still under investigation.
