Kate Sanders, a Columbus native and rising senior at University of Mississippi, is participating in a 12-week internship with 1st District Rep. Trent Kelly’s office in Washington, D.C. Over the course of her internship, Sanders attended committee briefings, led Capitol tours and gained a hand-on understanding of the legislative process.
Kate is the daughter of Will and Ginny Sanders.
