Two men robbed the Sprint Mart located at the intersection of Blackjack Road and Oktoc Road in Starkville Thursday night.
The Oktibbeha County Sheriff”s Department reported the robbery occurred shortly after 11 p.m. Two black men entered the store wearing hooded sweatshirts with the hoods up and rags covering their faces.
No weapons were exposed but one of the men claimed to have a pistol.
The men took an undisclosed amount of money from two cash registers and fled the store on foot toward 21 Apartments.
One man is between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall and weighs between 165-200 pounds. He wore a red sweatshirt and blue jeans. The other man is between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs between 130-160 pounds. He wore a dark gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
