STARKVILLE – A man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly cutting a woman on Carver Drive.
Brandon Hudson, 30, is charged with aggravated assault, after a verbal argument in the yard of a residence on the street escalated into a physical fight at about 4 a.m. Hudson allegedly had a knife which cut the victim, Starkville Police Department Public Information Officer Brandon Lovelady told The Dispatch in a text message.
Hudson knew the victim prior to the incident, an SPD release said.
Bond has not yet been set for Hudson, and he is being held at the Oktibbeha County Jail.
