n Eric Beckwith, of 2209 Third Ave. N. in Columbus, violated post-release supervision after serving a sentence for possession of cocaine. Beckwith was sentenced to four years, MDOC.

n Marcus Baldwin, of 2525 Sixth Ave. N. in Columbus violated post-release supervision after serving a sentence for possession of cocaine. Baldwin was sentenced to two years in MDOC.

n Forrest Doty, of 1635 Dowdle Road in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. Doty was sentenced to five years in MDOC.

n Byron Jones, of 424 Woolbright St. in Columbus, pleaded guilty to statutory rape. Jones was sentenced to five years in MDOC, four years suspended, and four years post-release supervision.

n Marshall Porter, of 417 19th St. S. in Columbus, received a modification to post-release supervision after serving sentence for burglary of a dwelling after testing positive for marijuana. Porter was sentenced to one year drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

n Patrick Dan Stewart, 252 Wells Drive in Columbus, pleaded guilty to possession of percocet. Stewart was sentenced to five years probation.

n Mitchell Gilmer, of 10301 Road 1137 in Philadelphia, pleaded guilty to possession of pseudophedrine. Gilmer was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and fined $1,000.

n James Yerby, of 216 Eighth Ave. N.W. in Vernon, Ala., pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Yerby was sentenced to five years in MDOC, all suspended, five years probation and fined $2,500.

n James Thomas Watkins, of 3555 Cal-Steens Road in Caledonia, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamines. Watkins was sentenced to five years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $5,000.

n Jabariakias Cunningham, of 1396 W. Sand Creek Road in Starkville, pleaded guilty to possession of a stolen firearm. Cunningham was sentenced to one year in MDOC.
