Meryl Fisackerly, chief operating officer for the Golden Triangle Development LINK, was named to Southern Business and Development magazine’s “50 Under 50 Economic Developers to Watch” list.
The list shines a spotlight on young leaders making an impact in the field of economic development, a press release from the LINK said. It is featured in the magazine’s summer edition.
Fisackerly has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering partnerships in the region, the release said. Under her leadership, the LINK has attracted significant investments, strengthened workforce development initiatives and supported local businesses.
“It’s an honor to be recognized among such talented individuals who are shaping the future of economic development in the South,” Fisackerly said in the press release. “This recognition reflects the hard work and collaboration of the entire LINK team, and I’m excited to continue working on behalf of our region.”
LINK CEO Joe Max Higgins said Fisackerly’s recognition is well-deserved.
“Meryl’s leadership, vision and commitment to excellence have played a key role in the success of the Golden Triangle,” he said in the press release.
