The following arrests were reported by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and the Columbus Police Department:
Michael Jamal Robertson, 19, of 142 Pandora Drive, was arrested at 2302 North Haven Drive by CPD April 5 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and the possession, sale or transfer of a stolen firearm. He was released the same day on a $3,624 surety bond. His court date is scheduled for April 24.
Toby Nelson Nickoles, 38, of 3556 North Wolfe Road in Caledonia, was arrested at Wolfe Road and Gin Site Road in Caledonia by the Caledonia Town Marshall April 6 and charged with driving under the influence-second offense, reckless driving and possession of marijuana. He is being held on an order from MDOC. His court date is scheduled for April 30.
Tanga Denece McClinton, 40, of 1614 7th Ave. N., was arrested by MDOC April 5 and charged with violation of probation. She has not been released.
John Edward Harris Sr., of 2213 Ninth Ave. S., was arrested at his residence by CPD April 6 and charged with domestic violence-aggravated assault. He was released the next day on a $1,000 surety bond. His court date is scheduled for April 18.
Jerome Marquez Abrams Jr., 23, of 807 Seventh St. S., was arrested at 815 Second Ave S., by CPD April 7 and charged with contempt of court, possession of marijuana and providing false information to law enforcement officers. He is being held on an order from MDOC. His court date is scheduled for May 1, 2013.
Henry Lee Brown, 34, of 135 Sand Road in Starkville, was arrested by OCSO April 3 and charged with parole violation (on parole for the sale of cocaine.) He has not been released.
Katrina Louise Jordan, 42, was arrested by OCSO April 2 and charged with fraud by mail. She was released the same day on $10,000 bail. Her court date is scheduled for April 15.
Jottie Dancer, 45, was arrested by OCSO April 3 and charged with careless driving, driving with suspended drivers license and violation of probation. He has not been released.
Dominique Tyjun Beasley, 22, was arrested by OCSO April 3 and charged with violation of probation. He has not been released.
Houston Walker, 21, was arrested by OCSO April 4 and charged with DUI first offense and possession of a firearm. He was released the same day on a $5,799 bail. His court date is scheduled for May 7.
David Christopher Adams, 24, was arrested by OCSO April 5 and charged with DUI-third offense. He was released the same day on his own recognizance without bail. His court date is scheduled for April 15.
