STARKVILLE — A 9-year-old is dead and two other children injured after a drunk driver hit the four-wheeler they were riding on Williams Road on Saturday evening.
Frazier Paisley was pronounced dead at OCH Regional Medical Center, Oktibbeha County Coroner Michael Hunt said. A 13-year-old on the four-wheeler was airlifted to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson and is in serious condition. A 1-year-old was treated at OCH and released.
Willis Miller, 44, of Starkville has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated DUI, according to Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Brett Watson. Miller is being held in Oktibbeha County Jail awaiting his initial appearance. His bond has not been set.
