STARKVILLE — A Shuqualak man has been arrested in connection to a Thursday morning shooting.
Cameron Roby, 21, was allegedly involved in a shooting at the intersection of Highway 12 and Louisville Street following an argument at Westside Market, according to an Starkville Police Department press release.
SPD Public Information Officer Brandon Lovelady said the shooting happened at about 12:40 a.m. He said more arrests are expected.
A vehicle was damaged in the shooting, but no injuries have been reported, the release said.
Roby was arrested at about 8 a.m. Thursday. He is being held at the Oktibbeha County Jail, and his bond has been set at $50,000.
