SLAMMIN’ GRAHAM PBJ NACHOS
Makes: 5 Servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons jelly, reduced sugar
5 graham cracker rectangles (full sheet)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup apples, chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped (optional)
Directions
■ Break graham cracker rectangles in half to make 10 squares. Spread graham crackers out on a plate. Spread jelly on each graham cracker square.
■ In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until melted.
■ Drizzle peanut butter mixture over graham crackers.
■ Top nachos with apples, raisins and walnuts.
