OXFORD — New Hope fell to 3-7 with a 28-7 road loss to Lafayette (7-2) on Saturday in Oxford.
No stats were available despite attempts to reach coaches.
The Trojans will travel to face No. 1 West Point (9-1) on Friday.
Humphreys Christian 58, Hebron Christian 12
BELZONI — Kobe Cooper had 14 carries for 110 rushing yards and a touchdown, but Hebron Christian (2-8) lost its regular-season finale to Humphreys Christian (9-1) by a score of 58-12 on Friday in Belzoni.
Cooper’s 48-yard touchdown run and a 74-yard touchdown pass from Braeden Triplett to Bradley Scott accounted for all of the Eagles’ scoring Friday. Scott had both catches from Triplett, finishing with 86 yards.
Elijah Parrish had three carries for 15 yards, and Triplett had two carries for 12 yards.
On defense, Jackson Langley led the team with 10 tackles, and Scott had eight. Elijah Parrish and Jon Garrett Lowe both had four tackles, and Zack Corban and Terry Loden each had three.
The Eagles will travel to face Kemper Academy in an MAIS Class 2A road playoff opener on Friday.
Jackson Academy 23, Starkville Academy 7
JACKSON — Brody Pierce intercepted two passes and Dylan Starke had a touchdown catch, but Starkville Academy dropped Friday’s road game to Jackson Academy, 23-7.
Starke caught a scoring pass from quarterback Randall Futral. CJ Jackson ran for 117 yards on 21 carries.
Sam Clark and Matt Miller had double-digit tackles for the Volunteers (6-4). Starkville Academy will travel to Senatobia to face Magnolia Heights (7-3) in an MAIS Class 5A road playoff opener on Friday.
Winona Christian 26, Oak Hill Academy 0
WINONA — Oak Hill Academy (2-8) was shut out 26-0 by Winona Christian School (8-2) in the Raiders’ final game of the season on Friday in Winona.
The Raiders’ defense played well, but the offense struggled to get going. Oak Hill got poor field position thanks to the Stars’ strong kicking game, and the Raiders threw three interceptions.
“Our guys played hard and never quit all season,” Oak Hill coach Chris Craven said. “I’m proud of that. Things did not go the way we hoped that they would this season.
“I am thankful for all our seniors have done for us over the years and challenge our underclassmen to work hard all this year to prepare for doing great things next season.”
Columbus Christian Academy 37, Calhoun Academy 8

STEENS — Dakota Shaw threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score in Columbus Christian Academy’s 37-8 win over Calhoun Academy on Thursday in Steens.
Shaw had touchdown passes of 61 and 21 yards, both to Will Teague, as well as running in a score for the Rams (8-2). He also ran in a two-point conversion.
Bryar Kemp had 78 rushing yards, scored a touchdown and ran in a two-point conversion.
Tyler Looney returned a kickoff for a touchdown for the Rams. He and Shaw led the team with five tackles each.
Lawson Studdard converted a two-point try for Columbus Christian.
The Rams will get a bye in the MAIS Class 2A playoffs and will host a home playoff game on Nov. 8.
