SENATOBIA — The Heritage Academy boys basketball team held off host Magnolia Heights 48-46 on Monday at the 2020 Denny Brewer Memorial Classic in Senatobia.
Trey Naugher scored 16 points for the Patriots, and Mack Howard had 13.
Heritage Academy will face Bayou Academy at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday as the tournament continues.
Heritage Academy girls 40, Tri-County Academy 35
CANTON — The Patriots girls came out with a 40-35 win over Tri-County Academy on Monday at the Canton Christmas Classic, hosted by Canton Academy.
Lucy Sharp led Heritage Academy with 15 points, and Reagan Merchant had 13. Emma Britt had four, Chloe Boyd and Taylor Wheeler had three, and Ellie Dawson had two.
Heritage Academy’s next game is at noon Wednesday against host Canton Academy as the tournament continues.
