New Hope golf won the Mississippi High School Activities Association Boys Class 5A, Region 1 tournament on Wednesday at Elm Lake Golf Course in Columbus.
The Trojans shot a low score of 330, with junior Katch Edge (second from left) leading the way individually, shooting a 75. Other notable performances included senior Colton Evans (second from right), who shot an 80 and freshman Holt Winter (third from right), who shot an 83 on the day.
The Trojans will now advance on to the MHSAA Class 5A state championships at The Oaks Golf Club in Pass Christian on May 1.
