Opponents for the 2025 ACC/SEC Challenge were announced Thursday for the men’s and women’s basketball teams at both Mississippi State and Ole Miss.
The Mississippi State men’s team will play at Georgia Tech on Dec. 3 while the women’s team will host Pitt on Dec. 4. In last year’s ACC/SEC Challenge, The Bulldogs men’s team defeated Pitt 90-57 at home while the women’s team lost at Georgia Tech by three.
The Ole Miss men’s basketball team will host Miami on Dec. 2 while the women’s team will host Notre Dame on Dec. 6. Both Rebels programs are coming off Sweet 16 appearances, and both Bulldogs teams made the NCAA Tournament last season as well. The Ole Miss men won their ACC/SEC Challenge game last season by 23 at Louisville while the women’s team lost their matchup at NC State after nearly staging a 22-point comeback.
