After noticing the voting on Tuesday in the states of New York, New Jersey and Virginia, I am sure we as Mississippians can follow suit. It was amazing to see how people who are fed up with the ridiculous way the Trump administration is abusing the power of the presidency, also, the flunkies who allow him to continue this madness. The Senate and Congress have the power to curtail some of this rhetoric. I wonder if they realize that they will not always remain in power? There is a reckoning, and this pertains to the immigration officers who are abusing their authority. Masks can not cover everything; someone will notice something about you, and there will be the Nuremberg Trial all over again. Even though the commander gives the order, the person carrying out the order can be charged with a crime, especially crimes against humanity. I learned this during the trial of the Mi Lai massacre. A time in history that I can not forget. Anyone knowingly executing an order that is expressed incorrectly is wrong, a never forgetful act.
