The debate last night was very good, at least the part I heard. Both candidates have the heart and ambition to make “Columbus Great Again.” I like some of the answers about the Amphitheater future and the needed change in the make up of the council. I did not watch all of it, but one thing I think is needed by a new administration is a forensic audit. That can has been kicked down the road too long. I would think a new administration would want that to start with a clean slate. Over the years I have had many unanswered questions about some of the city’s expenditures. If there is nothing to hide let’s be transparent. After all, it is not their money, it’s the taxpayers’ dollar they are spending. When the light is shining the critters run and hide. DOGE is doing that on a federal level. We could use some DOGE in Columbus’ finances.
God Bless America!
