Sarah Jo Black Mansell, age 79, was called home to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday February 18, 2017. Daughter of the late Robert Tim and Allie Mae Black, Sarah was born September 19, 1937 in Caledonia, MS. She is survived by her son James Mansell and daughter Melody Henderson both of Denham Springs,· LA. Three grandchildren; Sonya Godwin, Misty Haley with husband James Haley, and Keith Jones. Five great grandchildren; Devan and Gabriel Godwin, Shelby, Addison and Kyler Haley. Also a sister and brother-in-law Bonnie and Jim Swanson of Utah. Services will be at Memorial Funeral Home; 716 2nd Avenue North, Columbus MS 39701 on Friday February 24, 2017 from 9-1lam with ceremony at 11am. Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We will miss you dearly.
