The Oktibbeha County Sheriff”s Department arrested a Starkville woman Tuesday morning on a warrant for grand larceny.
Deputies arrested 24-year-old Robin N. Robertson at her home at 1479 Sykes Road. She was charged with grand larceny and was being held Tuesday at Oktibbeha County Jail on $25,000 bond.
The charge stemmed from an incident at a local bank, Oktibbeha County Sheriff”s Department Commander Brett Watson said. Watson declined to name the bank or release additional details about the incident because it is an ongoing investigation.
“It wasn”t a robbery or anything like that,” Watson said.
The Sheriff”s Department issued a press release Monday and asked for the public”s help to find Robertson. Since then, the Sheriff”s Department received “numerous calls,” which led deputies to find her at her home, he said.
“We just want to thank the public and the local media for helping us find her,” Watson said.
