J. Broussard’s restaurant will be hosting an “Art in the Restaurant” reception featuring the work of artist Jennifer Currie. There will be light refreshments and a meet and greet with the artist. Currie’s collection will be on display until mid-March.

Main Street Columbus is hosting a Downtown Spring Open House “Eggstravaganza” from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Shoppers will be able to find Easter eggs containing discounts and special offers from local businesses inside. The Easter Bunny will also be in Leadership Plaza for photos from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

The Drew Young Band will be performing in the Omnova Theatre above the Rosenzweig Arts Center at 7 p.m. The concert is being hosted by the Columbus Arts Council. Tickets are $20 and are available online.

Kevin Chance of the University of Alabama and Rosângela Sebba of Mississippi State University will be performing in a recital featuring music from around the world, including Austria, France, Brazil and the United States.
