
Five-star in-state wide receiver Caleb Cunningham has flipped his commitment from Alabama to Ole Miss. The news was first announced by On3 on Wednesday.
Cunningham is ranked by 247sports as the No. 1 overall recruit in the state of Mississippi. It also ranks him as the nation’s No. 3 wide receiver prospect and the No. 22 overall prospect in the Class of 2025.
The senior had been committed to the Crimson Tide since July. He has offers from 26 FBS schools and 13 SEC schools.
Cunningham becomes the highest-ranked recruit in Ole Miss football’s Class of 2025, which is now ranked 16th in the country and ninth in the SEC.
Cunningham is currently trying to lead Choctaw County to its second ever state championship and its first since 2013. So far this season, he has 33 catches for 672 yards and 11 touchdowns.
