The Starkville Police Department seized cash and several pounds of marijuana Monday during a sting operation that netted three drug-related charges.
SPD and U.S. marshals executed a search warrant at 107 Colonel Muldrow Ave. in Starkville.
Three arrests were made in connection with the raid: Timothy Wayne Williams, 50, of Jackson, Tennessee, and Alexander Douglas Hollingsworth, 22, of Starkville were charged with trafficking of a controlled substance, while Austin Columbus Waddell, 22, of Starkville, was arrested for possession of marijuana.
Waddell was cited and released, but Williams and Hollingsworth were transported to Oktibbeha County Jail.
Williams’ bond was set at $20,000, while Hollingsworth’s was set at $10,000.
SPD released no other information about the raid or the arrests.
