OKTIBBEHA COUNTY – A portion of State Route 389 will be closed starting at 8 a.m. Monday to accommodate a pipe replacement.
The replacement will shut down a small portion of the highway near the intersection of County Lake Road, located about eight miles north of Highway 82, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, according to a Mississippi Department of Transportation press release.
Message boards will be placed alerting traffic of the closure, and motorists should find alternate routes, the press release said.
