WEST POINT — Sixteenth Circuit Court judges Lee Howard and Jim Kitchens handed down the following sentences during the May term in Clay County:
Judge Howard presiding:
- Larry “Butch” Boykin pleaded guilty to fondling. Boykin was sentenced to two years in the Mississippi Department of Correc-tions, five years post-release supervision, fined $1,000 and must register as a sex offender.
- Adam Smith pleaded guilty to statutory rape. Smith was sentenced to one year in MDOC, four years post-release supervision and fined $1,000.
- Mark Hazard pleaded guilty to possession of pseudophedrine less than 15 grams. Hazard was sentenced to one year in MDOC, four years post-release supervision and fined $1,000.
- Kirby Ray pleaded guilty to grand larceny. Ray was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,138.
- Cleveland Weeks Jr. pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. Weeks was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,050.
- Joseph Michael Shaw pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine less than 10 grams. Shaw was sentenced to four years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $2,000.
- Sabrina Williams pleaded guilty to identity theft. Williams was sentenced to five years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $1,300.
- Lindsay Randle pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. Randle was sentenced to two years house arrest in lieu of eight years in MDOC, five years probation and fined $1,000.
- Jeremy Harpole pleaded guilty to statutory rape. Harpole was sentenced to one year in MDOC, four years post-release supervision, fined $1,000 and ordered to register with the state as a sex offender.
- David Thomas”s suspended sentence on an earlier conviction for burglary of a dwelling was revoked. Thomas was sentenced to 10 years in MDOC.
- Jacobi L. McCotry pleaded guilty to possession of MDMA. McCotry was sentenced to one year of house arrest in lieu of 15 years in MDOC, five years probation and fined $1,000.
- Jerrell Webster pleaded guilty to possession of contraband in jail. Webster was sentenced to six years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $1,500.
- Darrin Gaston pleaded guilty to possession of contraband in jail. Gaston was sentenced to six years in MDOC and five years post-release supervision.
- Cedric Burns pleaded guilty to shooting into a dwelling. Burns was sentenced to three years in MDOC and five years post-release supervision.
- Alfonso Hughes pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Hughes was sentenced to one year in MDOC and five years post-release supervision.
- Cedric Evans pleaded guilty to DUI-third offense. Evans was sentenced to two years in MDOC, three years post-release supervision and fined $3,500.
- Eric Edwards pleaded guilty to grand larceny and burglary of a dwelling. Edwards was sentenced to six years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $1,400.
- Frederick Robinson pleaded guilty to dog fighting. Robinson was sentenced to two years probation.
- Veronica Barnes pleaded guilty to two counts of transfer of a forged prescription. Barnes was sentenced to five years probation and fined $1,000.
- David Gonzalez pleaded guilty to uttering forgery. Gonzalez was sentenced to one year house arrest in lieu of 10 years in MDOC, five years probation and fined $1,400.
- Erick Cummings pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Cummings was sentenced to one year in MDOC and two years post-release supervision.
- Cortney G. Ross pleaded guilty to embezzlement. Ross was sentenced to five years probation and fined $14,860.
- Richard Bickham”s post-release supervision on an earlier conviction for sale of cocaine was revoked. Bickham was sentenced to 14 years in MDOC, five years post-release supervision and fined $5,000.
Judge Kitchens presiding:
- Marvin Carr”s post-release supervision for a prior conviction on possession of cocaine was revoked. Carr was sentenced to three years in MDOC.
- Arnold Beckley”s post-release supervision on a conviction for accessory after the fact was revoked. Beckley was sentenced to four years in MDOC.
- Tony Orlando Moore pled guilty to possession of MDMA. Moore was sentenced to five years probation.
