Justin Damon Cook, 22, 700 Ben Christopher Road was arrested Aug. 7 by LCSO and charged with grand larceny.
Heather Leann Heathcoe, 25, 8001 Highwy 12, #4, Steens, was arrested Aug. 8 by LCSO and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Taylor Nicole Hubbard, 18, 4097 Military Road, was arrested Aug. 7 by LCSO and charged with grand larceny.
Justin Richardson, 24, 144 Kelly Cove, was arrested Aug. 7 by MDOC at his residence and charged with violation of probation.
Billy Glenn Scarbrough, 50, 837 Bluebird Road, was arrested Aug. 11 by CPD and charged with grand larceny.
Christopher Michael Anthony Armstrong, 22, 805 10th St. N., #15, was arrested Aug. 11 by CPD and charged with drive-by shooting, six counts of failure to appear, aggravated assault with a weapon or other means to produce death, shooting into a dwelling, and armed robbery.
Amy Oswalt, 33, 447 Wilson Road, Starkvile, was arrested Aug. 12 by LCSO and charged with extortion.
Antonius Vonshay Williams, 23, 803 Spruce St., was arrested Aug. 12 by CPD and charged with drive-by shooting, shooting into a dwelling, and seven counts of aggravated assault, manifest extreme indifference to life.

Christopher K. James, 23, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO and charged with aggravated DUI.
Alexis Wade Stallings, 33, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO on a warrant for sale of marijuana, more than 30 grams.
Jarvis B. Neely, 29, was arrested Aug. 4 by OCSO on a warrant for embezzlement.
