The following arrests were made by Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office and Columbus Police Department.
- Jonathan Charles McFadden Cameron, 20, 249 Burns Circle, was arrested May 21 by MDOC and charged with violation of probation.
- Shaquite Lashay Miller, 23, 2610 7th Ave. N., was arreste May 21 by CPD and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon or other means to produce death. She is being held on $2,500 bail.
- Marquez Lavonte Parks, 26, 1704 23rd St. N., was arrested May 21 by CPD at his residence and charged with grand larceny – more than $500. He is being held on $3,500 bail.
- Antion Gerlle Sparks, 34, 807 7th St. S., was arrested May 21 by CPD at the intersection of College St. and 9th St. S. and charged with false information, resisting arrest, and failure to obey an officer.
