The following arrests were reported y the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Department and the Columbus Police Department:

  • Bobby Bullett Sanders, 23, of 4181 Military Road, was arrested March 5 at Military Road and MLK by LCSo and charged with molesting-touching a child for lustful purposes.
  • Robert Quintin Beard, 28, of 2409 23rd Ave. N., was arrested March 5 at the probation office by MDOC and charged with violation of probation.
  • Windell Eric Hairston, 44, o f 1517 Washington Ave., was arrested March 5 at his residence by MDOC and charged with violation of probation.
  • Brian Devonshay Hill, 19, of 319 Ponderosa Drive was arrested March 5 at 2112 14th Ave. N., Apt. D by COD and charged with armed robbery.

    Bond is set at $20,000. His court date is scheduled for May 15.

  • Teressa Ann Ross, 40, of 110 Kaye Drive, was arrested March 4 at her residence by LCSO and charged with felony hindering of prosecution.
