A 17-year-old woman has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a 10-year-old boy, according to Columbus Police Department.
Amiracle Morgan was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual battery, according to CPD Public Information Officer Johannah Owusu. She is being charged as an adult.
Morgan allegedly posted a video of the encounter on social media, Owusu said. Another teen saw the video and told her mother.
When Morgan’s mother, Raven Morgan, 32, found out that the other teen had told someone, she and her daughter got in a car and drove to the teen’s home and physically assaulted her, Owusu said.
As a result of her involvement in the fracas, Raven Morgan was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, which is a misdemeanor.
Amiracle Morgan’s bond was set at $100,000. She has since bonded out.
