This recipe is so easy but tastes so good. It’s the perfect way to use up any extra carrots you have in the fridge!
BALSAMIC GLAZED CARROTS
Makes: 4 servings (1/2 cup per serving)
Ingredients
16 ounces baby carrots
1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
■ Clean your area and wash your hands before you begin.
■ Place oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add carrots. Let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly soft.
■ Add balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and thyme. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve immediately.
