As the school year races toward its close and summer is in the wings, the Mississippi State University Extension Service offers four timely Quick Bites programs in May. The hour-long interactive video sessions take place every month at area County Extension Offices on designated Thursdays from noon-1 p.m. There is no cost; sign-up is required.

Those interested in attending any free video session should contact their county’s Extension office to sign up. (In Lowndes County, 662-328-2111; Oktibbeha County, 662-323-5916; Clay County, 662-494-5371.)
County offices can sign up for the programs at http://techoutreach.msucares.com/distance-education using the online county sign up system. From the Distance Education dropdown menu, click on the County Schedule Signup. Or, counties may email [email protected].
