James and Gina Reed-Wood, of Eupora, announce the engagement of their daughter, Mackenzi Grace Reed-Wood to Braden Lee McGee, son of Curt and Jennice McGee, of Ackerman.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late H.L. and Ruth Rowlen of Eupora and Billy and Phyllis Wood of Columbus.
She was a graduate of Eupora High School and attended Mississippi University for Women. She is currently a senior at Mississippi State University, majoring in education.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Elizabeth McGee, the late Curtis McGee and Sandra Sanders.
He was a graduate of Ackerman High School and East Mississippi Community College. He is employed as an industrial electrician at Red Hill Mine in Ackerman.
Vows will be exchanged at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 25, at Blueberry Peace Farm in Starkville. Invitations are not being sent locally, but friends and family are welcome.
