COLUMBUS — Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle has received two national recognitions from Press Ganey, a health care analytics and experience measurement firm, for physician and employee experience.
The hospital received the 2025 Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award for physician experience, as well as multiple Guardian of Excellence Awards for physician and employee experience across acute care, ambulatory care and behavioral health.
To qualify for the Guardian of Excellence Award, Baptist Golden Triangle ranked in the top 5% of health care providers nationwide in patient experience during the previous year, according to Press Ganey. The Pinnacle of Excellence Award recognizes the top three performing facilities in each market segment based on averaged engagement scores from surveys conducted over the two most recent calendar years.

The awards are part of Press Ganey’s annual rankings of hospitals and health systems nationwide, based on performance in patient experience, employee experience, consumer experience and clinical quality.
