Bradford Freeman, 97, of Caledonia was laid to rest on this morning. He passed away Sunday. Caledonia residents lined the roads leading to Egger Cemetery off North Wolfe Road. Freeman was the last surviving member of the “Band of Brothers” unit from World War II’s “Easy Company” of the 101st Airborne Division, Second Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment.
