The MHSAA football postseason opens Friday for Classes 2A, 3A and 4A.
Classes 1A, 5A and 6A wrapped up their regular seasons Thursday night and will start their postseasons Nov. 11.
Here’s a look at the first-round playoff matchups for area teams.
Friday
Class 4A: New Albany at Caledonia, 7 p.m.
Class 3A: Amanda Elzy at Noxubee County, 7 p.m.
Nov. 11
Class 6A: Starkville at Southaven, 7 p.m.
Class 5A: Holmes County Central at West Point, 7 p.m.
Class 5A: Columbus at Neshoba Central, 7 p.m.
Class 1A: Lumberton at West Lowndes, 7 p.m.
