Mississippi State’s Maroon and White spring scrimmage has been moved inside the Palmeiro Center and will be closed to the public, the school announced.
The event at Davis Wade Stadium was delayed two hours by rain and lightning after players warmed up on the field.
The change came after Friday’s baseball game against Auburn was delayed twice by inclement weather.
The Bulldogs will hold an open scrimmage next Saturday at Davis Wade Stadium.
