STARKVILLE — Mississippi State women’s soccer midfielder Macey Hodge was selected to the United Soccer Coaches’ Division I midfielder watch list for this season.
Hodge was previously named to their All-Southwest Region team for USC in 2022.
She’s appeared in 50 consecutive matches for the Bulldogs, a streak dating back to the 2020 season, played in all 22 games last season.
Hodge played 1,926 minutes, good for second on the team in 2022, and helped provide stability to a team that recorded seven shutouts in a history-making season, earning their first wins in both the SEC and NCAA tournaments.
Mississippi State opens its season against Grand Canyon at 9 p.m. Thursday.
