One world with one humanity
Whenever we watch movies, we see an advertisement, smoking is injurious to health, it causes cancer and cancer kills.
Yes, for the last few decades, cancer has been a proven deadly disease. However, cancer can’t kill instantly. There is a time line, which the doctors in most cases can predict. Relatives, friends can come with flowers and get-well cards to see and wish good luck.
This year, 2020, started with a system glitch. No body knows how to fix it. Initially it was a virus, then named COVID-19. The whole world, including Beijing, was watching the Chinese city of Wuhan for a month.
Within a couple of months, the killing spree of the virus brought the whole world under one umbrella – one world. What a miserable death. In most cases, no funeral. No relatives around. No protection except home quarantine. According to Dr. Fauci, the virus is the only one making time line.
These viruses didn’t care whether someone is theist, atheist or agnostic. Viruses treat equally to different religious sects, political parties, wealth statuses or country of origin, though age is a factor.
Have we learned something? Nature doesn’t discriminate. So then why will humans discriminate against another human? Do we need to fight each other because of race, color, faith or political belief? Do we need to make weapons to kill?
It has now become one world. One humanity. Why not live, love laugh.
