Points out recent good news
Within the span of a couple of days this month, a bundle of encouraging, hopeful, good things started to happen:
· Preventable Covid-19 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech) are rolling and Moderna is on the way.
· Electoral college votes confirmed Biden-Harris victory.
· As a result, the latest congratulation messages to Biden are from Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell and the leader of another super power: President Putin.
· Sadly though, President Trump’s impact on Georgia’s runoff election is a negative.
· Money markets are still doing great after a Biden victory.
· A few injuries but no death out of post-election violence.
Though the surge of the virus is on the rise again and a harsh winter locally has already had a detrimental effect on plants, the new year will certainly be happier.
Merry Christmas.
