Responsibility for anticipated tax increase
A recent Wall Street Journal editorial reprinted in The Dispatch states, “If the Republicans lose their two Georgia seats and their majority, Republicans across the country should know to thank Mr. Trump for their 2021 tax increase.”
I’m a Democrat, but I want to thank Mr. Trump also for the tax increase, because these two seats in Georgia that the Republicans lost will protect our democracy for another four years, especially with Mitch McConnell reduced to the Senate minority leader. It’s been a rough day for the Republicans, but a wonderful day for America.
