Admires Captain Crozier
Captain Brett Crozier was removed from his command after allowing his pleas for help for his crew to be made public. He jumped his chain of command, and his removal was inevitable. General Douglas MacArthur jumped his chain of command about chasing the Chinese across the Yalu River, and was relieved of his command. He was, at that time, one of our country’s most revered military heroes. Removal from command is what is done.
So Captain Crozier, knowing this, put his crew ahead of his career. I cannot express the degree of my admiration for this man.
