Believes all Capitol invaders should be charged
According to LAW.COM, there are criminal statutes in every state declaring that any death which occurs during the commission of a felony is first degree murder, and all participants in that felony or attempted felony can be charged with and found guilty of murder. The invasion of the Capitol Building was felonious. A policeman was beaten to death in the building during the assault. It therefore follows that all the people intruding into the building are accessories to murder. We should treat them as such.
