I understand the necessity in Columbus of closing two public elementary schools due to low enrollment. What I do not understand is the school district’s proposal to place only two grades at each of the remaining schools.
Young children need stability, and it is incumbent on the schools to foster it.
Requiring five different school buildings before graduation is counterproductive. Should not these elementary schools offer all the elementary grades on each campus?
